Introducing Romain Garzonio, "ROMA," a contemporary artist challenging conventional norms in the heart of Phnom Penh. Hailing from the sun-kissed city of Montpellier, nestled in the south of France, ROMA's artistic journey began amidst the tactile embrace of plaster and paint, under the watchful eye of his father.

Driven by an insatiable curiosity and a thirst for new perspectives, ROMA's path eventually led him to Southeast Asia, where he established his innovative workshop in Phnom Penh. Here, he seamlessly blends an array of materials, from sculpting to painting, breathing new life into discarded objects through his unique vision.

Beyond the confines of traditional visual arts, ROMA's collaborations with architects stand as a testament to his multidimensional talent, effortlessly weaving together craftsmanship and artistic expression to shape both living spaces and artworks alike.

Roma will have his first solo Exhibition at Rosewood Phnom Penh in early 2025.
